MugShot_Grace Hurley (1)On Tuesday August 15, Patrolman Jonathan Bryant with the Marshall County Police Department conducted an investigation resulting in the issuance of a search warrant for a home located in the 16,000 block of 15B Road.

At approximately 11:40 p.m. officers with the Marshall County Police Department and the Marshall County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant for narcotics.

Officers recovered methamphetamine and paraphernalia within the home and subsequently arrested 37 year old Grace Hurley for Dealing in Methamphetamine a level 4 felony, Possession of Methamphetamine a level 6 felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a level 6 felony. She is currently lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $30,000 cash bond.
