MugShot_David GarrisonMarshall County Police Officer Jordan Rans arrested a Flora man on Friday, August 4, at 7:13 PM following a routine traffic stop on US 30 west of Michigan Street.  The investigation led to the arrest of 61 year old David Garrison for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangering and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more. Mr. Garrison was held on a $1,500 cash bond and issued a Superior Court II date on August 15.

MugShot_Gabriel GaryOn Saturday, August 5th, at 10:15 in the evening, Marshall County Officers were dispatched to a possible impaired driver in the area of US 30 and Beech Road.  County Officer Wozniak located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on US 30 in the area of Iris Road.  The driver of the vehicle, 36 year old Gabriel Gary of Fort Wayne was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and had a driving status of suspended-prior on an ID card only.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  He was issued an August 15th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.

MugShot_Shawn MooreOfficer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2012 Nissan pickup truck in the area of US 30 and Fir Road on Monday, August 7th just after 1 a.m.  The driver of the vehicle, 47 year old Shawn R. Moore of Clarksville, Tennessee was found to be operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content almost four times the legal limit.  He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,500 cash bond.
