Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak stopped a red 1999 Dodge Caravan on US 30 in the area of  King Road Friday morning about 1:30 for traveling all over the roadway, crossing the center line and fog line and traveling with a flat tire.

The driver, 33 year old Kerguin Baca of Akron was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.  Testing showed he was over three times the legal limit.

During the investigation Officer Wozniak also found Baca to be operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator.  He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified blood draw and later booked in at the Marshall County Jail.
