Driving Without a licenseMonday morning about 10:15 Plymouth Police Officer John Weir checked on a vehicle that had a flat tire at 100 Water Street.  While running a check on the license plate, the officer found that the owner had never had a driver’s license.

41 year old Carrissa Monta Smith of Plymouth was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed.
