Red Rock sign_1Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn for a public disturbance Monday, July 31st about 6:15 in the evening.

Officer Krynock located 27 year old Stephen M. Wood of Plymouth outside at the hotel.  He was believed to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Wood was argumentative and making incoherent statements, he became increasingly agitated and attacked a police car.

At the St. Joseph ER in Plymouth for medical evaluation Stephen Wood battered a staff member.

After being medically cleared, Wood was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a $1,500 cash bond for Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication and given a court date of August 29.
