Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Tuesday evening July 1st about 5:15 at Michigan and Jefferson Streets for a traffic infraction.
The driver, 25 year old Xavier Eugene Witt of Plymouth was found to have a license status of suspended with a prior charge. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond and given a court date of August 29.
