A 19 year old Mishawaka teen was arrested Friday night, July 29th just before midnight by Bremen Police.
Desan JA Kobb was stopped by Patrolman John Tice at Bowen Avenue and High Road. He was found to be in possession of Marijuana lodged in the Marshall County Jail for such charge.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
