Patrolman Wes Atkins stopped a vehicle Thursday night, July 27th about 9:45 at US 6 and State Road 331.
The driver, 22 year old Thomas D. Williams II of Lakeville was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or higher, Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
