Marshall County Police investigated a two vehicle crash on US 6 early Tuesday morning.
About 4:15 Deputy Ryan Hollopeter was dispatched to an accident at US 6 and the West County Line Road.
The driver of a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, 62 year old Richard Eby of Walkerton was attempting to turn left on U.S. 6 from West County Line Road and pulled out in front of a 2004 Chevrolet Impala driven by 29 year old Austin Luse of Walkerton who was east bound on U.S. 6.
Mr. Eby told Officer Hollopeter that he did not see the east bound vehicle approaching and entered the intersection failing to yield the right of way to Luse’s vehicle.
Both drivers complained of pain to neck and head.
