ATV_accident logoThursday evening just after 11 the Marshall County 911 Dispatch Center was notified of an ATV accident with injuries in the 20,000 block of 4B Road.

Marshall County Police, Walkerton Police, Walkerton EMS, Polk Fire, and Plymouth Paramedics responded to the scene.

A female passenger on the ATV was taken by Walkerton EMS to Saint Joseph Health System’s Plymouth campus for her injuries.

MugShot_Kyle Mcavoy (1)The driver, 28 year old Kyle McAvoy of Highland, IN was found to be intoxicated.  McAvoy was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
