Arrested_handcuff34 year old Jordan Miller of Plymouth was stopped for a traffic violation Monday night about 9:45 at Oak Drive and US 30 by Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper.

During the traffic stop Mr. Miller was found to be Driving While Suspended, in Violation of a Protective Order and in Possession of Marijuana.  Jordan Miller was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid on Tuesday at 5:30 and he was released with an August 29 court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
