Building developer Scott Sivan, the City of Plymouth, and the Marshall County EDC are excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the city’s newest residential development. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 18th at 9 a.m.
The River Gate South apartment development will provide vital workforce housing to the Plymouth community, improving its economic health and stability. It will be located at the corner of South Michigan and East Lake Avenue, between the Yellow River and Penguin Point.
Located in downtown Plymouth along the historic Yellow River, this new housing development will include 30 apartments and 9 condos, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The development has been awarded funding through the Regional Cities Initiative. The City of Plymouth is also financially supporting the project as part of its efforts to stimulate the advancement of the community.
