On Saturday July 8, at approximately 1: 20 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on Oak Road at Walmart for Driving Left of Center.
It determined that the driver, 23 year old John Chester Cater of North Liberty was in possession of marijuana.
Carter was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
