The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes Commissioner Kurt Garner discussing the 2017 Road Plan and the Community Crossings Grant from the state for additional road and bridge projects this year.
Ginny Munroe and Jonathan Liest from the Culver Stellar Committee will be at the meeting to discuss the various projects proposed for the grant and the willingness of the County Commissioners to pave one mile of the bike/pedestrian path if Culver is successful in obtaining the Stellar Grant.
The council will also hear from Chastity Keller, Director of CASA who is asking for a grant application request and West Township Trustee Terry Borggren is recommending salaries with an ordinance up for consideration.
Also on the agenda is the quarterly report by Linda Rippy from the Marshall County Museum along with additional requests and transfers.
The meeting begins at 9 a.m. and comments and questions are limited to the first order of business.
