Bremen Police Officer Matt Schnaible arrested a Bremen juvenile on Thursday, July 6th for Operator Never Licensed.
Officer Schnaible conducted a traffic stop at Plymouth and Baltimore Streets about 10:15 in the evening. He determined the driver to be a 17 year old juvenile who didn’t have a license. The teen was apprehended and turned over to authorities.
