STILL TIME TO SIGN UP FOR RICK MOUNT SHOOTING SCHOOL AT THE ZONE

Purdue great Rick Mount is bringing his famous Shooting School to The Zone in Plymouth July 11-12 and there is still time to register.
Mount’s Shooting School is open to boys and girls ages 10-18.
There are four sessions available: Session 1 will be from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. ET July 11, Session 2 will be from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. July 11, Session 3 will be from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. July 12 and Session 4 will be from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. July 12.
Each session costs $85 per player and includes a t-shirt, a Rick Mount Shooting DVD and a Progress Report. Please note that late registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt on the day of the event, but their t-shirt will be ordered and received at a later date.

Mount led the Boilermakers to the 1969 national championship game where they lost to John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins. In three NCAA games, Mount averaged 40.6 points per game (without the benefit of a three-point shot).
Playing just three season at Purdue (freshman were not eligible to play at the time), Mount scored 2,323 points, which continues to make him the school’s all-time leading scorer.
At Purdue Mount had two 53-point games and a 61-point game, which was the NCAA Division I single-game record at the time.
Mount, who averaged 35.4 points per game as a senior, was a first-team All-American and is considered by many to be the greatest shooter of all time.
The 1966 Indiana Mr. Basketball, who was the first high school athlete to ever appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated, played five seasons in the ABA, including with the 1972 ABA champion Indiana Pacers.
