Traffic stop Sunday morning about 12:30 ended with a pair from Warsaw being arrested.
An officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on Lincoln Highway near Iris Road and found the driver, 42 year old Matthew Girres to be impaired. He was taken for a certified test and later lodged into the Marshall County Jail for OWI endangering a person and OWI controlled substance.
The passenger in the vehicle, 32 year old Cassie Perkins was found to be in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. She was also lodged in the County Jail.
