MugShot_Rafael Ruiz-OrtizLast Friday, June 16, an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Plymouth-Goshen Trail just after 10 p.m.   The driver, 41 year old Rafael Ortiz of South Bend was found to be intoxicated.  He was lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and OWI with a Blood Alcohol Content over .15%.
