The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will host a public information meeting regarding proposed intersection improvement on U.S. 31 at State Road 10 and State Road 110 in Marshall County. The proposed intersection improvement is a J-Turn.
J-Turn intersections enhance safety by preventing direct crossing and left-turn movements.
The purpose of this meeting on Tuesday, June 20th is to present a preliminary proposal for the community’s consideration with regard to enhancing safety and functionality at each intersection.
The U.S. 31 Intersection Improvement Public Meeting will be an Open House format from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a formal presentation at 6:30. Meeting has moved to theArgos Town Hall, 201 West Walnut Street.
During the open house session INDOT representatives will be available to address questions and discuss the J-Turn proposal.
