MugSHot_Donavan McDanielOn Wednesday, June 07, about 2 in the afternoon, 18 year old Donavan McDaniel of Elkhart was traveling northbound on US 31, just south of US 6.   McDaniel was traveling very slow in the passing lane of US 30. Vehicles traveling northbound had to make a lane change in the right lane to pass the vehicle.     He was stopped for traveling in the passing lane at a speed less than the established speed limit.

Marshall County Officer Les McFarland conducted a traffic stop and found that McDaniel was allegedly driving the vehicle without ever receiving a driver license.  It was also believed that the vehicle had false and fictitious registration and no insurance.

Donavan McDaniel was arrested for Operator Never Licensed and the vehicle was impounded.
