MugShot_Levi SkeensOn Friday, May 19th, just before 10:00 PM, the Marshall County Centralized Dispatch Center received a call of a possibly impaired driver in a green Chevrolet Blazer, westbound on US 30 in the area of State Road 331.

Marshall County Officer Wozniak located the vehicle in the area of

Hawthorn Road and initiated a traffic stop. The driver, 22 year old Levi Skeens of North Manchester, was found to be operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
