Marshall County Police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a secluded rural area in Marshall County a few weeks ago.
The victim was 13 years of age at the time of the assault and identified the offender as 19 year old Brandon Goodman of 308 Baker Street Plymouth.
During several weeks of investigation it was found that two additional 14 year old juveniles identified Brandon Goodman as an offender in sexual acts which occurred at the same secluded location in the 8300 block of Union Road.
Brandon Goodman was located at his residence Tuesday afternoon where he was taken into custody without incident. Goodman was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Rape, Child Molesting, and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. He is currently being held with no bond.
