MugShot_Brandon Searfoss (1)Last Wednesday, April 26,  the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle sitting in the middle of Jarrah Road just north of 9th Road in Plymouth just before 11 at night.

Officers from the Sheriff`s Department arrived and found the vehicle running with a male subject slumped over in the driver`s seat. Officers were able to wake the subject and he was identified as 26 year old Brandon K. Searfoss of Leesburg.

During the investigation it was found that Searfoss was under the influence of prescription pills and in possession of additional pills which he did not have a valid prescription for.

Brandon Searfoss was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operation of a motor vehicle While Intoxicated by controlled substance and Possession of a Schedule two Drug without a doctor`s order.
