Plymouth emergency responders were dispatched Saturday afternoon to a two vehicle crash in the 1700 block of Lake Avenue.
About 12:30 Saturday Officer Ray West investigated the crash near the hospital. During his investigation is was learned that the driver, 29 year old Derek Jonathan Wayne Sallee of South Michigan Street was Operating a Vehicle while being convicted as a Habitual Traffic Violator.
Sallee was arrested in lodged in the County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
The driver of the other car suffered a cut to the head and was treated at the scene. A passenger in the vehicle suffered a broken ankle and was transported to the Saint Joseph Health Center in Plymouth for treatment.
