MugShot_Jose Medina-EspinozaOn Friday April 14, at approximately 9:50 in the evening an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 near 16th Road.   It was determined that the driver, 39 year old Jose Medina-Espinoza of Elkhart was driving with a suspended license after having a prior conviction.  He was arrested and lodged into the Marshall County Jail.
