MugShot_David HickmanOn Saturday May 15, at approximately 3:3 in the morning an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on State Road 17 near Quince Road.   It was determined that the driver, 52 year old David Hickman Bremen was impaired.

Hickman was taken for a certified test and later lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance.  His cash bond was set at $3,000 cash which was paid about 11 p.m. on the 15th and he was released with a May 2nd court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
