Friday afternoon about 5 Plymouth Police arrested 42 year old Robert Melton on a warrant.
Melton was located at his residence on 4th Street and taken into custody on a felony warrant for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child less than 16 years of age.
Robert Melton was held in the Marshall County jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
