MugShot_Brandon CiavardoniFriday morning just before 7 a concerned citizen contacted the 911 Dispatch Center reporting a possibly impaired driver north bound on Michigan Street from Jackson Heights.

 

Officer John Weir and his K9 partner Jax along with Assistant Chief Mark Owen located the vehicle in question and observed the vehicle “all over the roadway.”

 

A traffic stop was conducted at North and Michigan Streets and the driver, 22 year old Brandon Ciavardoni of Rochester was found to be under the influence of a narcotic drug.

 

During a search of the vehicle Jax indicated the presence of a controlled substance that was located.

Ciavardoni was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond for Possession of a Scheduled Substance and Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated on a controlled substance.
