MugShot_Michael CzichilskiThursday night, February 9th an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on State Road 17 near Sycamore Road about 10 o’clock.

During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 39 year old Michael Czichilski of Rochester was in possession of marijuana.

MugShot_Gary WerbOne of the passengers in the vehicle, 34 year old Gary Werb of Plymouth was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Both were lodged in the Marshall County Jail; Czichilski on a $500 bond and Werb on a $1,500 cash bond.
