Bremen_Police_black SUVBremen Police arrested a female early Tuesday morning after a call of an unwanted guest was dispatched.

Officer John Tice responded to the Harding Street address and located 45 year old Tiphani Bowman of Bremen.  She was taken into custody for Residential Entry, Possession of Methamphetamine, Resisting Law Enforcement, and a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Marshall County.  Bowman was held in the County Jail on a $250 cash bond for the warrant and a $1,500 cash bond for the new charges.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
