A traffic stop on US 30 near Pioneer Drive Sunday resulted in the arrest of a Waukegan, IL man.
City Officer Matt Emenhiser arrested 37 year old Dan H. Wagers Jr. after it was discovered he was Operating the vehicle While Intoxicated.
Wagers was booked into the Marshall County Jail at 9:30 Sunday night for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a vehicle With a Scheduled Controlled Substance. His cash bond was set at $4,500.
