HeroinA Knox man was arrested for heroin following a Friday night traffic stop by County Police.

The officer stopped the vehicle on US 31 near 11th Road just before midnight.  The driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Donald James Lowe of Knox was found to be impaired and in possession of heroin.

MugShot_Donald LoweLowe was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle on a Scheduled Controlled Substance. His cash bond was set at $3,000.
