Plymouth Police responded to the Skylane Apartments on the north side of Plymouth Friday morning about 12:15 for the report of a male subject going through cars in the parking lot.

A short time after arriving on the scene Officer Gary Cleveland observed a male matching the description.  The subject, 45 year old Brad Morcombe ran from officers and was finally detained near Krogers.

Morcombe had a large quantity of coins, multiple lighters and knives in his possession when officers captured him.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Resisting Law Enforcement and held on a $2,000 cash bond.

City officers located four vehicles with their doors ajar in the area.
