A traffic stop Wednesday night just before 11 at Bowen Avenue and Water Streets in Bremen landed an Osceola man behind bars.
27 year old Benjamine H. Balanow was stopped by Officer Trent Stouder at 10:50 and arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Balanow was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
