On Saturday, January 21st, 2017 at 11:38 PM, a Marshall County Officer conducted a
traffic stop on a white 2012 Dodge Charger in the area of US 30 and Apple Road. The
driver, Belinda Menier of Fort Wayne, was found to be operating a vehicle with a
suspended-prior driver`s license. She was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
