On Friday January 20, just after 2:00 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on US 30 near Pioneer Drive. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined that the driver, 32 year old Beau Reyes of Chicago was impaired.
Reyes was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance.
