shooting-genericOn Tuesday January 17,  at approximately 1:13 in the afternoon  Marshall County Police were called to the 17,000 block of Vine Street in Tyner in reference to two dogs that had been shot by a neighbor.

 

Following an investigation by County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant, 57 year old Joseph Dyrcz of Tyner was arrested for Cruelty to Animals and Criminal Recklessness with a firearm both Level 6 Felonies. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
