Monday afternoon Bremen Police Officer Trent Stouder arrested 33 year old Anival Reynel Hernandez of Elkhart.
About 3:30 the Bremen officer stopped a vehicle at State Road 331 and Tyler Road. Hernandez was found to be Operating Without a License. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 cash bond.
