Raiquan C. Johnson of South Bend was served a summons to appear by Bremen Police Officer John Tice Saturday morning just after 12.
Officer Tice was on routine patrol and stopped a vehicle at the US 6 and State Road 331 ramp at 12:01 a.m.
21 year old Raiquan C. Johnson was found to be Operating Without Ever Receiving a License. Johnson was served a summons to appear instead of being arrested.
