A vehicle speeding on US 31 Friday night was stopped by Marshall County Officer Wozniak just before 10 near 16th Road.
The 2003 Volkswagen was driven by 32 year old Fabian Dejesus Polanco-Nunez of Indianapolis. Nunez was found to be operating without ever receiving a driver’s license.
At the jail, Nunez was found to be in possession of false government identifications and a false social security card.
We was booked for Possessing a Government ID not issued by a Government Entity and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Receiving a License and held on a $2,250 cash bond.
