mugshot_william-houserEarly Saturday morning county police were dispatched to the area of Peach Road and Menominee Drive for a single vehicle accident.

About 6:15 Officer Wozniak located a 2003 Hyundai Elantra in a wooded area.  The officer noted that the vehicle was completely destroyed by the impact.

19 year old William Houser of Plymouth was uninjured in the crash.  Determined to be the driver, Houser was arrested for Illegal Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond at 8:05 a.m. Saturday and released at 9:35 Saturday morning on bond.  He has an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II on February 7th.
