On Saturday December 31, 2016 at approximately 10:09 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department located a vehicle traveling 104 mph on US 30 eastbound near Iris Road.
The vehicle was stopped and the driver, 18 year old Thaddeus Przybylowski III of La Grange, IL and a passenger,
19 year old David J Burns also of La Grange, IL were arrested following an investigation and lodged into the Marshall County Jail for Illegal Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage and while Przybylowski was also charged with Reckless Driving at Unreasonable Speed.
