The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department and the Bourbon Police Department recently received information that 34 year old Timothy Brooks of Plymouth had been living at a residence located in Bourbon and failed to notify authorities of the address change since he was a registered sex offender.
On January 2nd the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department and Bourbon Police Department conducted an investigation and arrested Timothy Brooks for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review and formal charges.
