suspended-licenseA LaPorte man was arrested Friday, December 30th following a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Webster Avenue.

City Officer Krynock stopped the vehicle driven by 47 year old Mark Luther about 3:50 in the afternoon for a traffic infraction.  Luther was found to be driving on a suspended license with a prior infraction.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a cash bond of $750.  Luther was issued a January 24th date to appear in Marshall Superior Court II for his initial hearing.
