The 5th grade boys played Culver on Monday and came away with a split.  In the first game, some missed opportunities near the basket kept the game at an 11-8 lead for the Rockets at halftime.  A big 2nd half put Riverside up and led to a 27-14 victory.  Ryan Tremaine and Max Lewandowski led the defensive charge, earning Defensive MVP honors for the game.  Jaxson Warner led all scorers with 10 points.  The win moved the Rockets to a 2-1 record.

In the B game, the boys played hard, but lost a tough one to Culver 24-12.  Jaiden Hundt was the defensive MVP for the game, and Ryan Jolly added 6 points.  The loss was the first for the B team, dropping their record to 2-1.

Both teams will play on Thursday at home vs. Bremen.  Come on out the the Launching Pad and support the boys!
