MugShot_Hermon BelilesThe report of a possibly impaired driver sent Marshall County Police to Lincoln Highway east of Plymouth.

About 5:50 Saturday (11/12/16) evening Officer Bragg located the suspect’s vehicle on Lincoln Highway near Ferrell Gas.  During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 35 year old Hermon E. Beliles of Rochester was intoxicated.

Beliles was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated – Endangering and Operating While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.15% or more.
