A county police officer made an arrest Monday, November 14th at approximately 6:35 AM following a traffic stop on a 2003 Ford Explorer.
While on routine patrol Officer Wozniak stopped a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Cedar Road for a moving violation. The driver, 37 year old Fernanda Olvera Velazquez of Warsaw was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
