A public hearing is scheduled for Monday’s Marshall County Council meeting at 9:05. Jerry Faulkner from Faulkner Fabricating will seek a second tax abatement for a building project.
Also on the agenda, Billie Treber from the Boys and Girls Club will discuss the Building Campaign and Prosecutor Nelson Chipman and Deputy Prosecutor Matt Sarber will request approve to apply for a couple of grants.
Jennifer Lee, Director of Finance for the Argos Community School is scheduled to appear before the Marshall County Council at 9:30. She will be seeking an additional appropriation which must be approved by the county council since the Argos School Board is not an elected board.
The Marshall County Commissioners have a IPEP Safety Grant request and they typical additional appropriations and transfer requests are on the agenda for the council meeting.
The public is welcome to attend although comments and questions are limited to agenda items. The County Council meeting is held in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
