City HallMembers of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meet Monday evening at 6 p.m. and will open sealed proposals for the Engineering Design for the LARE grant that will stabilize the river bank in River Park Square and design a canoe launch for the area along with a study of the Walking Bridge.  Also on the agenda is the bid opening for the 2016 Crack Seal program.

The city Engineer will present a request from Pirtano/Comcast to install fiber optic across Pioneer Drive and the intersection design for South Michigan and Oakhill.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will update members of the Board of Public Works and Safety on the alley issue on Dickman Street while the Clerk Treasurer will present requests.

In other business the Mayor has asked Kevin Houin to attend the meeting along with the friends that saved his life in September.

During the Common Council meeting at 6:30 representatives from the Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers Education Development Committee will present a certification and pin.

Council members will also consider on 1st reading the 2017 salary ordinance for elected officials.

Both meetings are held in the Council Chambers of City Hall and comments and questions are welcome on agenda items.
