A county police officer arrested a Plymouth man Thursday afternoon following the report of an impaired driver.
About 3:30 the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a report of a possibly impaired driver.
A short time later the suspect’s vehicle was located at Love`s Truck stop at US 30 and Pioneer Drive.
The driver, 27 year old Tyler Humphrey was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% or more.
